The Korean-American Educational Commission (Fulbright Korea) is seeking a Community Coordinator to support and strengthen Fulbright Korea’s community and alumni engagement programs.

■ Key Responsibilities
[Community and Alumni Engagement]
- Plan and manage programs that promote interaction and strengthen engagement among Fulbright Korea grantees and alumni
- Coordinate networking and alumni engagement programs for Korean and U.S. Fulbright alumni
- Plan and execute community events, including the Fulbright Korea Gathering
- Develop new programs and initiatives to encourage sustained participation and engagement among grantees and alumni
[Digital Platforms and Social Media]
- Manage and enhance Fulbright Korea’s website and other digital platforms
- Manage Fulbright Korea’s official digital channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
- Plan and produce content featuring Fulbright programs, grantees, alumni, and major events
- Plan, produce, and publish video content and the Fulbright Korea newsletter
- Perform other duties as assigned
■ Qualifications
- Must be a citizen of the Republic of Korea or the United States
- Must be available to begin work in early January 2027
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Business proficiency in both Korean and English, including speaking, reading, and writing; strong English fluency preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Active user of social media platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn, with a strong understanding of social media trends and digital content
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must be eligible for international travel
- Male applicants must have completed or be exempt from mandatory military service
- Applicants must not have immediate family members, including parents, children, siblings, or spouses, who are currently applying or planning to apply for a Fulbright grant program

- Fulbright alumni
- Experience managing social media channels and planning or producing digital content
- Experience in event planning, networking programs, or external relations
- Experience in international education or the education sector

- Employment Type: Full-time (3-month probationary period)
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Flexible working hours)
