On March 4-7, 2020, Fulbright Scholars attended Kansas City Enrichment on The Future of Work: Bridging the Skills Gap, hosted by Global Ties Kansas City. During this seminar, 66 visiting scholars explored aspects of U.S. society and culture, engaged with local organizations, and residents of Kansas City. Scholars were able to examine the catalysts and consequences of the increasing skills gap throughout the United States, with special emphasis on how it is affecting Kansas City.
