시험감독서비스

한미교육위원단은 한국에서 시험을 치러야 하는 미국 대학 재학생들을 위한 시험 감독 서비스를 제공하고 있습니다. 원격으로 수업을 듣고 있거나 시험 기간 중 한국에 머물고 있어 미국 대학에 출석하기 어려운 학생들이 감독 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다. 종이 기반 시험이나 컴퓨터 기반 시험 모두 실시 가능합니다.

감독 서비스를 원하는 분은 먼저 재학중인 학교나 기관에서 감독 승인을 받아야 하며, 시험일 2주 전에 한미교육위원단과 시험 일정을 논의하고 정해진 감독관이 시험 자료를 미리 받을 수 있도록 조율해야 합니다.

취소, 환불, No-show 규정
- 감독 서비스 비용 납부 기한은 시험일 일 주일 전이며, 비용을 납부하신 이후 시험 취소 및 No-show로 인한 환불은 불가능합니다.
- 시험 센터의 문제를 제외한 어떤 이유로든 응시일을 변경할 경우 시험 3일 전(업무일 기준)까지 요청해야 합니다.
- 시험을 반복적으로 취소하거나 일정을 변경하는 응시자는 예약 비용을 추가 지불하도록 요청받거나 향후 한미교육위원단에서의 시험 응시가 불가능할 수 있습니다.

Cancellation, Refund and No-Show Policy
- The deadline for payment of the proctoring service fee is one week before the scheduled exam date, and refunds for cancellation or no-show are not possible after payment has been made.
- If a candidate wants to change the exam date for any reason other than a test center problem, reschedule should be made within 3 working days before the scheduled exam date.
- A candidate who cancels or reschedules exams repeatedly may be asked to pay additional administration fees or may be barred from taking proctored exams at KAEC.
